Basically, a hurry to us is 30-45 days, occasionally even less. It is a problem we understand... how do you find a home, and be comfortable with that decision, so quickly? Then, supposing you do find it and are comfortable, how does it all come together? It is a situation/problem we deal with regularly... and we have a team approach to the whole process. Charlotte has substantial inventory on sale all the time. We not only know the homes and neighborhoods, and can typically find your place quickly, our lenders can close most loans in 21-30 days, some less. Cash customers can close in just a couple of days. But how do you see enough homes, enough areas to feel comfortable? Well everyone is different, and we'll work with you until you are comfortable- but it helps to know you are dealing with top agents who know new and resale neighborhoods . We'll comb the neighborhoods, run comps in hyper speed and show you homes until you feel comfortable. For most it is a lot of work over a few days... we understand and will work with you. We can do it for you!
